Return & Refund Policy
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, shoes must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original box with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Shoes that have been worn or show signs of use
- Items without original packaging or tags
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective pair of shoes, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at renlingchen92@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
